Some easy tricks and lucid dreaming tips

I tried to collect the most simple lucid dreaming tips that can help you to quickly and easily access the lucid dream state. These simple tricks can significantly increase your chances to success. Try to include as many of these bullet points into your day as you can to increase your ability to figure it out how to induce lucid dreaming.

  • Herbal tea and essential oils
If you drink a kind of tea that helps to relax the body and mind, but it has enough tein and caffeine in it to stimulate your brain, you’re already closer to the optimal state. In my opinion the best choice is the lemongrass tea. It is most optimal to drink it 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. The amount you want to drink could vary between 1 to 5 cups. Experiment what works best for you. When you are experimenting always only change one element at a time so you can notice its effects. Otherwise you can get confused too easily.
  • Afternoon napping
It is important not to nap for longer than 20-30 minutes, because otherwise you might have problems falling asleep at night.
  • Meditation
Meditation practices can significantly help you to learn how to have a lucid dream easily.
  • NO Drugs
You need to avoid strong sedatives and any kind of other drugs. These really make it more difficult to reach the balance of your mind.
  • Comfortable environment
It should be an oxygen rich (well ventilated/aired) quiet room with normal temperature. Those are the most ideal conditions for lucid dreaming.
  • MILD technique

MILD means: Mnemonic-Initiated Lucid Dream. The essence of this method is: throughout your day investigate every 30 minutes: “am I dreaming now?”. If something unexpected happens around you, you can also examine and inspect whether you are awake or not. You may use several kinds of questions: “Am I used to be here?”, “What am I doing now?”, “What’s in the next room?”. When you ask these question assume the you are dreaming!!!

  • There is one more thing that pops in my mind, which is what my friends are asking all the time: “ok ok but what is the lucid dreaming meaning?” Well, i m not sure about its meaning, but i m sure it’s fun when you can do whatever you want 🙂 So my tip related to this is dont want to understand everything, “just do it” and have the fun hahahha.
